How long will it take for the box to arrive?

Metro Manila: 10-14 day after ship sails from HK

Luzon A: 2 – 3 weeks after ship sails from HK

Luzon B: Around 3 weeks after ship sails from HK depending on area

Visayas: Around 4 weeks after ship sails from HK

Mindanao: Around 5 weeks after ship sails from HK

*Please note that delivery times can be affected by weather, sailing times, clearance by Philippine Customs etc.

What items are prohibited?The following items are prohibited in your box to consignees/recipients in the Philippines:

  • Alcoholic beverages

  • Dismantled Auto Parts (Chop chop)

  • Cultural artifacts and pottery

  • Dog and cat fur

  • Firearms, Explosives & Guns, including parts of

  • Food products such as cheese, meat

  • Hazardous Materials

  • Trophies, gold, Haitian

  • Meats, Livestock and poultry

  • Merchandise from embargoed countries

  • Textiles (roll)

  • Trademarked and copyrighted articles

What is considered a difficult area?Difficult areas include critical or dangerous areas and remote islands.

Some areas may not have door-to-door delivery. If you think your box will go to a difficult area, contact one of our branches or the main office before you pack.

My box is not yet delivered

My building does not have a lift?

If your building does not have a lift, we will collect a surcharge of $10 per floor.

Can I send a TV?

Yes, you can. The price depends on the size of your TV. Contact any branch or our main office for details.
