For PAID Bulilit to Super Jumbo boxes only. Love size & Odd size not applicable to get stamps. Unpaid boxes can not get stamps.
Only boxes paid/packed from April 2, 2023 are allowed to get stamps.
Customer must bring Loyalty Stamp Card to Usend branches for verification before getting stamps. Duplicated boxes are not allowed.
Once Loyalty Box is claimed, Loyalty is back to zero & start anew.
If customer chooses to Upgrade, Loyalty points will all be redeemed. Free box value is Manila IP Price only and sender must pay the price difference depending on size and destination.
There is a minimum charge for empty box & tapes when you collect your Free box. $50 for Love & $100 for Half, Medium & Regular box. For upgrade, no need to pay.
Always present your actual Loyalty Stamp Card when collecting stamps. Photo copy is not allowed. Do not lose your card. Lost cards won’t be replaced.
In case of any dispute, Usend’s decision is final.
